For too long we have allowed technology to benefit the few at the expense of the many, whether it’s job automation, or workplace tech that reduces hours and lowers wages of working Virginians. Sam rejects the false either-or choice that we have to choose either innovation or well-paying jobs. Virginia can and should be a leader in technology and innovation that helps to raise the standard of living for all Virginians.
