Delegate Joshua Cole Endorses Del. Sam Rasoul for Lt. Governor

ROANOKE - On Thursday Del. Sam Rasoul (D-11) announced that Delegate Joshua Cole (D-28) has endorsed his campaign for Lieutenant Governor.

"Sam Rasoul is a model of integrity. He keeps his promises. He has proven this with a compassionate and progressive record serving all Virginians for the last 8 years in office. As our next lieutenant governor, Sam will continue his unifying and inspiring service," Del. Cole said in a tweet announcing the endorsement.
